Acceptable Use Policy
Working draft · Applies to reachops.pro · Last updated September 14, 2026
This policy sets the minimum standard for campaigns run with ReachOps. It is designed to protect recipients, Clients, sending infrastructure and the reputation of the service. It applies to requests, materials, data, mailboxes and campaigns connected with the website or an accepted Pilot.
1. Responsible B2B purpose
Outreach must have a clear, relevant business reason. The audience must be defined around a legitimate business need, and each message must be truthful, identifiable and relevant to the recipient's role or organisation. A smaller, researched audience is preferred to indiscriminate volume.
2. Client requirements
- provide accurate sender, company and offer information;
- use only data and contact methods that the Client is allowed to use in the target market;
- honour applicable opt-out, suppression, privacy and electronic-marketing requirements;
- keep a working way for recipients to ask not to be contacted again;
- tell ReachOps promptly about complaints, bounce spikes, security incidents or opt-outs received outside the campaign.
3. Prohibited activity
- phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, harassment or deceptive sender identity;
- messages that contain unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory or knowingly false claims;
- targeting based on sensitive or protected characteristics where the purpose or method is unlawful;
- promoting illegal products, regulated activity without the required authorisation, or offers the Client cannot lawfully provide;
- using purchased, scraped, leaked or knowingly inaccurate lists without a documented lawful and relevant business purpose;
- continuing to contact a recipient after a valid opt-out or suppression request;
- evading mailbox, domain, provider, platform or legal safeguards through multiple identities, misleading redirects or excessive volume.
4. Review, suspension and removal
ReachOps may ask for evidence of the offer, audience, data source, sending permission or compliance process. We may edit, pause, refuse or terminate a campaign when the request conflicts with this policy or creates a material legal, deliverability, security or reputational risk. A pause may remain in place until the issue is explained and corrected.
5. Complaints and opt-outs
Recipients can request that future contact stop by replying to the message or using the available contact route. Clients must not remove or bypass a suppression request. Complaints about a campaign should be sent to hello@reachops.pro with enough context to identify the campaign; do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
6. Updates
We may update this policy when our service, providers or legal obligations change. The version posted on this page applies to new campaigns from its stated date, while an accepted proposal may include additional requirements.
