Legal
Privacy Policy
Working draft · Applies to reachops.pro · Last updated September 14, 2026
Effective date: September 14, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how [LEGAL NAME OF OPERATOR] ("ReachOps", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through https://reachops.pro and the pilot request form.
1. Who is responsible for the data
The data controller/operator is [LEGAL NAME OF OPERATOR], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], registration or tax number [REGISTRATION / TAX ID]. Contact: hello@reachops.pro.
Before launch, the operator details above must be completed and aligned with the entity that actually decides why and how the form data is processed.
2. Information we collect
When you request a pilot, we may receive the information you choose to submit:
- name and work email;
- company name and website;
- description of your offer and the audience you want to reach;
- campaign attribution parameters such as
utm_source,utm_mediumandutm_campaign; - the content of later correspondence about the request.
Our hosting provider may also create ordinary technical logs such as an IP address, request time and browser information. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, special-category data or other information that is not needed to discuss a B2B pilot.
3. Why we use the information
- to respond to your request and assess whether the service is a suitable fit;
- to prepare a proposed pilot scope, timeline and commercial terms;
- to communicate about the requested service and keep a record of that communication;
- to understand which campaigns generate requests when optional analytics is enabled;
- to protect the website, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the applicable law, the relevant legal basis may be taking steps at your request, our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service, your consent, or compliance with a legal obligation. The final legal basis must be confirmed by the operator for the countries in which the service is offered.
4. How we share information
We do not sell the information submitted through the pilot form. We may make it available only to people and providers who need it for the purposes above, such as:
- the hosting provider that serves the website;
- the mailbox and email-delivery provider used to receive and answer requests;
- analytics or monitoring providers, but only if those integrations are enabled;
- professional advisers, authorities or other recipients where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
The operator should complete the final list of processors, their locations and any required data-processing agreements before publication. If data is transferred across borders, the operator must document the applicable safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep a pilot request and related correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, evaluate the relationship, protect our legitimate interests and meet legal or accounting requirements. As a working rule, a request is reviewed for deletion no later than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction unless a longer period is required by law or an active agreement. Hosting and security logs may follow the retention period of the hosting provider.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy where that right applies. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Contact us first at hello@reachops.pro; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. Cookies, storage and analytics
The current landing page stores selected UTM parameters in the browser's session storage so that campaign attribution can survive navigation during the same session. It does not set advertising cookies by default. If analytics, advertising tags or other third-party tools are added, this section and any required consent mechanism must be updated before those tools are enabled.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the type of information handled. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you believe you have disclosed information to the wrong address or identify a security issue, contact hello@reachops.pro promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, service or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate channel where required.
