Our hosting provider may also create ordinary technical logs such as an IP address, request time and browser information. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, special-category data or other information that is not needed to discuss a B2B pilot.

3. Why we use the information

• to respond to your request and assess whether the service is a suitable fit;
• to prepare a proposed pilot scope, timeline and commercial terms;
• to communicate about the requested service and keep a record of that communication;
• to understand which campaigns generate requests when optional analytics is enabled;
• to protect the website, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the applicable law, the relevant legal basis may be taking steps at your request, our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service, your consent, or compliance with a legal obligation. We keep a pilot request and related correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, evaluate the relationship, protect our legitimate interests and meet legal or accounting requirements. As a working rule, a request is reviewed for deletion no later than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction unless a longer period is required by law or an active agreement. Hosting and security logs may follow the retention period of the hosting provider.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the type of information handled. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. 9. Changes to this policy
